Brand Revamp: New Client Welcome Kits

Posted September 22, 2015

We recently blogged about the process of redesigning our website, as well as how pumped we’ve been about our new business cards. With our stylish new site up and running, we turned our attention to the next phase of our company rebrand: new client welcome kits. We had been mulling over options for something like this for a while. A very important company objective here at I Do is making sure our clients feel special from the very beginning of our relationship. We also wanted a tangible way to show our appreciation of our clients’ investment of trust in us. A welcome package seemed like the perfect way to communicate all these things at once in a styled, chic little box.

We (like any other person on the planet these days) began gathering inspiration via Pinterest, until we felt we had a clear direction and representation for how our brand should really be depicted in gift form. Below are some of the concepts that inspired us!

And so, these lovely kits were born. We’ve already been so excited to mail these out to all our recently signed clients as we begin our adventure with each of them. Themed in our newly minted company colors of charcoal, metallic copper and hints of Tiffany blue, the kits are sealed with an image wrapped logo and welcome message. We hope you will be delighted to uncover the mix of “planning essentials” nestled inside to get each client started with a (nicely accessorized!) bang. The assortment of little happies includes a notebook for keeping track of important wedding details, a charcoal gray Le Pen and a stack of thank you notes tied with personalized copper tags, to stay on top of things as the sweet couple begins receiving gifts! We also included a Allie’s weakness; the only instance she believes that chocolate and nuts should join forces in a chocolate treat: a duo of Ferrero Rocher. To better equip each new client, we include some additional general helpful tips as they plan alongside their family and friends, as well as more details as to how we can best assist in this process. Lastly, what engagement ring doesn’t benefit from the accent of a fresh coat of polish on the nails? A sampling from OPI’s bridal collection colors is also included for that darling bride-to-be. What wedding planning session wouldn’t be more fun with chocolate and bridal-toned nails?! Our brand new kits are featured below, which was artfully captured by the oh-so-talented Courtney Price here in office. We are seriously having some  big heart eyes over her great work for this stuff! Click on any photo to see more detail—and we’re betting you’ll want to!
