Every woman knows that even if you look great, a little extra pampering never hurt anyone! Our company was the happy recipient of a little pampering this past spring—in the form of a big branding makeover. In March, we unveiled our revamped, redesigned new website. We are thrilled with our more informative (and stylish!) new site so far, and have been delighted to be able to share it with you all.
The new look for I Do’s website was fully designed and coded in house. Though keeping with our original logo, we reworked and updated our color scheme, fonts, and graphic elements and to include deeper, richer hues, like a smoky charcoal and metallic copper and bronze, to convey more depth, sophistication, and modern aesthetic.
One of our favorite features of the new site is the home page. The large background image on our home page is a stunning introduction into the style and polish our company is known for and prides itself on; it encompasses so many of the aspects that make up a wedding, all of which we help discover, suggest and manage for clients. Styled expertly by our team, it was beautifully photographed by the talented Anna Toner. Be sure to see more of her talents in weddings, engagements and portraiture.
The new site features a few key components we want to highlight:
Introductions to our team
We hope after browsing our bios that you leave our site with a sense of who we are: both our collective passions for events, but also and our individual and collective interests. You can click on each photo to read more about our team members. The head shots for the “meet the team section” were compiled from several fabulous photographers:
Chris Isham (who captured the headshots/bio shots of Allie, group shot of Allie & Elise, bio shots of Elise); we love him both professionally and personally—never a disappointing shot!
Laci Frazier (headshots of Elise, headshots and bio shots of Brittany, Katie, Sara, Sarah, Heather, and Grace ); and—bonus!—our in-office photography talent, Courtney Price, who handled the most recent bio pics for herself, Christina, Maggie, Sybil, and Monica.
Our portfolio section
which features an extensive collection of real life photos from past events we have been part of. Organized into thumbnail collages, you can explore more of any event that piques your interest, by clicking on it! It will take you to a full gallery of roughly 50+ images from that day. This is a perfect way for us to showcase our past work, and for you to get some real life wedding inspiration for your big day!
Our Pinterest boards
This section of the site allows us to communicate our style and company personality. You can check out what we have been pinning lately to see what has inspired us, or some new trends we love! We touched on our Pinterest boards before, and love that if you like something you see and want to pin to your own boards, just click directly on the image from the feed on our site! A new window will automatically pop up that will let you quickly and easily pin the item for dreaming and designing later.
Perhaps the most valuable part to any potential client is where we offer a quick and easy way to view feedback. We know many people value real life feedback for services. That’s why we provide a preview and direct link to testimonials regarding our services featured on WeddingWire. This unedited, third party feedback is provided from past clients on their experiences with our company.
We LOVE our chic new site and are so glad to have been able to share it with you all. Go investigate and read more for yourself, or spend some time perusing our latest pins of inspiration. Cheers!
