Real Wedding: Josh & Kaitlin Huber

Posted October 24, 2011

Wow. That is the only way I can start this post, because from the very beginning I knew this wedding was going to be one of a kind. That is, the kind that you won’t see many like, in the form of a destination wedding in Greenville (YAY! We love being “the place to be”), with a reception at Fluor Field at the West End, home of the Greenville Drive baseball team. I am not teasing you; so before you explode from curiosity and eager anticipation, behold some incredible shots from the gorgeous day. Photographer (and college friend) Chris Isham of Chris Isham Photography stylishly caught every important detail of the day.

After the ceremony seated smack dab in the middle of downtown Greenville, directly off Main St., the wedding party & guests boarded the Greenville Drive Trolley headed to the stadium. The wedding party was announced over the loudspeaker, as the Drive baseball team would, and then came out of the tunnel and onto the field. How cool is that? And the scoreboard spelling out the date, location and their names—priceless. The couple partied the night away at the 500 Club part of the stadium (Greenville’s largest outdoor bar & grill, with “views of everything from third base to downtown Greenville to Paris Mountain and beyond”—definitely a great combination of city and mountain scenery!) This is definitely an event that will be remembered!
